Return of your purchases
This summary of the returns process needs to be read in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions.
We’re confident you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase from Simply Kitchens and Wardrobes. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then please contact us at info@simplykitchens.co.nz as soon as you receive your order. We will aim to remedy the situation ASAP.
If your goods need to be returned, please contact Simply Kitchens and Wardrobes first to obtain the required Authorisation Return Number (ARN#). We cannot accept any return for any item without the ARN#. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs. Please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt repair, exchange, refund, or credit.
1. Return the goods in a good carton via insured Mainfreight or New Zealand Couriers.
2. Put your ARN# on the freight consignment note. Do not write on the original packaging as this may
invalidate your right to an exchange, refund or credit note.

A) Refund or exchange
If a customer has purchased goods from our website and wishes to return the goods for a refund this must be done within 7 days of the receipt of purchase. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Any purchase made by cheque will need 7 days to clear before we can refund. Products returned for a refund or exchange must be unused and in resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.
B) Credit Note
A credit note gives the customer an alternative to a refund or an exchange. These credit notes can be used to purchase anything from the revealing.co.nz online store. Credit notes can not be exchanged for cash and will not be generated for amounts less then $10.00.
C) Repair
If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.
